Halloween Round Up with Savory and Sweet!

Halloween is finally here! In case you still need to whip something up for your trick or treaters tonight – or if you are planning a party this weekend – here are a few easy options for you.

Halloween Round Up with Savory and Sweet!

A trio of spooky dips and/or spreads made from beans, veggies (and one has some nuts in it) to start the party off right.

Halloween Round Up with Savory and Sweet!

Super-Scary Spicy Chili Stuffed Jack-O-Peppers that can be stuffed with leftover beans and grains in a pinch.

Halloween Round Up with Savory and Sweet!
Slow Cooker Black Eyed Peas under a ghostly grit cake with black sesame seed eyes. You could even add some pumpkin puree into your grits and cut out pumpkin shapes!

Halloween Round Up with Savory and Sweet!
Easy Cincinnati Chili over spinach pasta with a white vegan chez ghost cut out.

Halloween Round Up with Savory and Sweet!

Here’s my version of a tentacle pie with a link to a more attractive one.

Halloween Round Up with Savory and Sweet!

Gruesome Forbidden Rice Halloween Pudding or Mousse – you can use other rice, but it will just be a little less scary.

Halloween Round Up with Savory and Sweet!

Make a batch of whole wheat pumpkin chocolate chip cookies for the little ones.

I hope you all have a wonderful Halloween!
