Vaquero Bean Tempeh Chili

Today we visit Jill Nussinow, The Veggie Queen. She’s sharing the recipe for the Vaquero Bean Tempeh Chili Recipe from The Great Vegan Bean Book.

If you can’t find vaquero beans, you can use black or pinto beans. Jill wrote the pressure cooker bean cooking instructions in the book, so you have her to thank for that!
