3. Fuel your body.
I am not saying that eating well will protect you from every illness there is, but it can help you strengthen your immune system to help you fight some of them off.
Add more fresh vegetables and fruits to your diet. Enjoy the asparagus and strawberries that’s just starting to come out. Eat at regular times as much as possible. It takes ‘hangry’ (hunger anger) out of the equation – isn’t that reason enough?

I’ve been thinking that I was alone in my debilitating 2015 bronchitis. Your odyssey sounds exactly like mine! Thanks for sharing, now I don’t feel like I’m somehow to blame for this hanging on so lonnnnggg! The coughing just seems to lag forever. Longest siege of bronchitis I’ve ever had. I usually knock it out in a few days with oregano oil therapy. Not this year. I am eager for your ginger tea concentratre. Best to you Kathy and get well soon!

I always look forward to your posts, but you should take a break when you need it. You gave some good advise here, reminding us to slow down and listen to our bodies – thanks.

Kathy, I hope you are back to 100% soon. I’ve never seen anything like the bugs that went around this winter. Everyone in my office was sick for months; a couple of us ended up in hospitals. My tip, from a lesson earned the hard way: Ask for help. Sometimes we cannot do everything.
