2. Rest when you’re tired.
It’s so easy for me to feel lazy if I’m not working. Working for me is cooking, writing, developing new recipes, and helping people promote their cookbooks. It sounds so simple in one sentence, but it turns out that I have a lot of jobs which means a lot of deadlines.
If you don’t take that cat nap, or sleep in when you need it, then you can’t bring your best. The end result is that it may just show up in some writing you redo, but it could be the point in time that you could avoid being sick. Listen to your body. It’s not trying to fake you out, it’s trying to get you back on the right track.
