I’m one of the people who can’t wait to see the leaves starting to turn, have the weather cool off, and make pumpkin everything! But it’s still August, way too hot for me, and I’m using so much ice in my drinks to cool down that my fridge is struggling to keep up.

I know that many of you are in the same situation, and I wanted to give you plenty of choices. Below are some of my favorite blogger’s recipes and mine. Enjoy!

First up is my good-for-you Vegan Coconut Avocado Fudgsicles that add a wonderful flavor of coconut to the traditional fudgsicle. They are so rich and chocolatey!
