11 of the Very Best Vegan Holiday Cookies

It’s the holidays and if you’re like me you are running behind. I always have a list of ideas in my head for homemade gifts and it seems that the end of the year is always busy enough that I don’t get as much done as I want.

Cookies are the answer and can easily be the hero of your holidays. Everyone loves them, they are easy to make and you can even customize them to fit dietary needs. Oh, and if you’re a neighbor or local friend of mine you may be getting cookies from me!

Can’t have enough holiday recipes? Check out these roundups too: All the Vegan Holiday Desserts You Can Hold and this one that has 50 more vegan cookie recipes!

The Best Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies may not be cookies but they are my most requested recipe. I had to include them as a bonus recipe and didn’t put them in the cookie count. They are made with Teff flour, are gluten-free and could be easily made oil-free by subbing mashed avocado or pumpkin puree for the oil.
