The name is a tad misleading because there is so much more than my normal oatmeal recipes inside. There are the expected warm oatmeal, refrigerator oats and smoothies for breakfast all year round. But included are recipes for Steel-cut Oat Sausage Crumbles, Oat Yogurt, Oat Dosas, creamy soups, stir-frys and tons more.

The photo above is of Indian-Spiced Tomato Soup and the oat flat bread (roti). An easy meal of soup made creamy with pureed oats that are cooked with the soup.
You can see the Stir-Fried Veggie Oats above which is a great way to use up little bits of veggies you have hanging out in your fridge. Like all of my recipes you can tweak them to use what you have on hand.
