Comments

  1. LOVED the cookbook, especially the jambalaya and the kung-pow chik’n! Wish I was close enough to come to a class. Thanks for making me pull out the crock-pot for the first time since going vegan, it was about time!!!

  2. I love your “Vegan Slow Cooking”, and I’d love to take classes from you. I live in Northern New Jersey, so getting to your classes is a tad difficult. Would you consider online classes, please? Please?

  3. I am waiting for the private jet to fill up on some fuel. Once that happens, I will take the red eye flight out to NC and attend one of your famous classes. Man, don’t I wish! And what a great helper Cheryl is–that is so sweet that she volunteers for you (or is she demanding a pay cut? ha)
