Slow Cooker White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Oatmeal

Serves: 2 to 3

**This recipe uses a smaller slow cooker that's 1½ to 2 quarts
Ingredients
  • ½ cup steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups Unsweetened So Delicious Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter and Co. White Chocolate Wonderful
  • Sweetener to taste (I used about 2 teaspoons agave)
  • Crushed graham crackers and peanuts for topping
Instructions
The night before:
  1. Spray your crock with some oil to help with clean up later. Add oats and milk.
  2. Cook on low over night (7 to 9 hours).
In the morning:
  1. Stir your oatmeal well. It may seem watery at the top but if stirred it should become a more uniform consistency.
  2. Mix in peanut butter and sweetener.
  3. Top with crushed graham crackers.

Does the peanut butter and the white chocolate come as one combined product. Otherwise I don’t see the white chocolate in this recipe ??
